We first crossed paths in college during our sophomore year, when Kyle happened to live with some of Ester’s friends. It wasn’t exactly love at first sight—more like the French saying, “qui aime bien, châtie bien” (those who tease, love). Kyle loved to bug Ester, and it quickly became a running joke that one day she’d be his girlfriend. Joke’s on us… here we are now!​
​Fast forward a few years: what started as a “two-week” COVID quarantine together turned into six years of living side by side.
The rest, as they say, is history. ​
​Kyle proposed in Carmel in March 2024, and by August we were legally married in the Hamptons.
Now, we can’t wait to celebrate with all of you in Brussels, surrounded by Belgian family and friends, and joined by our American family and friends. Two worlds colliding, one unforgettable celebration!
